Sitio Qarter, Nazare

After taking the funicular, I found myself in the upper part of Nazare-the Sitiu district.

Then there was a new block, which seemed completely uninhabited. However, in this house I was waiting for a room booked through Booking. Entering the courtyard, I found a poster of "Fatima House" in one of the second-floor Windows"with a phone number. The door of the entrance was unlocked and I decided to try my luck-in case the owners of the house. No one answered the doorbell, so I had to dial the number indicated in the window (the same number was indicated in the reservation printout). After waiting for an answer, he said the magic phrase "tenu reservas", to which a pleasant female voice in English and Portuguese assured him that the hostess would come in 10 minutes.

Fatima house was a cozy apartment, one of the bedrooms occupied by the owner, the other two were reserved for guests. In addition, the guests had a kitchen with everything necessary, and a large hall. To top it off, the hostess handed me a bottle of red wine. For this cozy room I paid 25 euros and this is in the middle of the season! The city beach, of course, is not within walking distance, but it can be reached freely in 20 minutes...however, the beach was the least interesting to me, the main thing was that all the historical sites were located nearby.
